The Glenerne lies at the southern end of Eyemouth's lively working harbour, and is a haven of tranquillity in what is a fascinating and captivating location. Both Edinburgh and Newcastle are just over one hour away by train or road.

Our guests stay in understated luxury, just a stone's throw from the boats, the shops and cafes, and some fabulous coastal scenery.

There's also a sheltered beach a short walk away, and the area offers numerous opportunities for walkers, cyclists, golfers, water sports enthusiasts or for simply relaxing.

The Glenerne isn't just a B&B - it's also our home. So it's important to us that our guests are as happy and comfortable being here as we are.

There is always something to see in the busy working harbour too, with vessels of all kinds coming and going, and even a resident seal colony. The Glenerne is the perfect base from which to see it all!

Your freshly-cooked traditional Scottish breakfast is served in our light and airy dining room, This room also doubles as a comfortable guest sitting area with TV, books and a DVD player.

RELAX IN OUR GARDENS
The extensive terrace and gardens are available for you to enjoy throughout your stay. There is also a designated private area for smokers, away from other guests.

A LITTLE HISTORY
The Glenerne has a long history tied to tEyemouth's fishing and maritime past. Built in the late 19th century, it was originally a large Manse house with gardens. It has operated as a guesthouse for many years and was previously a restaurant known as Churches, due to its proximity to no less than 3 churches of different denominations.
